Overview
The successful implementation of the Apodo System for Enterprise can depend very much on the motivation of the teacher or pupils leading this resource. It is with this in mind that this workshop aims to motivate users of the Apodo System by allowing them to experience the outcomes of the Apodo System first hand. This fun, interactive workshop helps teachers to interpret the importance of Enterprise Education, encouraging delegates to feel more confident in using Apodo.

The APODO System for Enterprise aims to

• Develop enterprising skills, qualities and attitudes to help shift individuals and society away from dependency culture towards a 'can do' culture.
• Raise self-confidence and self-belief in our young people and encourage them to take responsible risks, think 'out of the box', crave success and tackle challenges 'head on'.

• Build on the enterprising skills, qualities, self-confidence and self-belief developed through the transition years.
• Expand opportunities for young people to experience entrepreneurial activities and increase their knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship.

• Provide a more varied school experience, focused on the needs and interests of each young person.
• Encourage students to experience and develop an understanding of the world of work.

• Ultimately, to create a successful, prosperous and enterprising economy through developing a wide range of much needed new skills and attitudes in an interactive and exciting way.
